Warranty

Warranty shall be registered from the Warranty tab available on www.zerodrag.in within 5 days from the date of purchase. We offer a standard warranty for our selective products to protect customers against any manufacturing defects. If you encounter any problems with your order, please inform us within the specified duration from the date of shipment. You shall be responsible for paying the shipping costs for any exchanges or returns. We will replace or repair any manufacturing defective product at no cost to you. It is important to note that the warranty shall not be applicable if the product has been physically damaged, misused, neglected, subjected to static discharge, modified, or altered in any way. To initiate an exchange or return, please send us photos of the damaged product so we can assess the damages and determine the best course of action.
